SIKKENS DK

The Project.

Sikkens DK is an independent project born from equal parts heritage, engineering obsession and the kind of ambition that only makes sense once you start building.

For us, it’s a bet. For us, it’s a dream. For us, it’s a controlled madness. And it’s something we simply have to do.

Why we’re doing this.

The original Porsche 959 represented a rare moment in automotive history — a point where innovation, technology and endurance came together with a clear purpose. We want to bring that spirit back by creating a modern interpretation capable of surviving one of the harshest rally environments on Earth.

Our statement: heritage can move forward.

What Sikkens DK is.

Sikkens DK is a Porsche 964 that has been completely re-engineered to reflect the design language of the 959 and prepared for extreme use. Every major system has been rethought from the ground up — not for show, but for function.

  • strength under load

  • correct geometry

  • real serviceability

  • performance that can be sustained over time

We wanted a machine designed to be driven, tested, repaired and driven again and again and again.

The build philosophy.

Structural integrity first

Safety, rigidity and reliability are non-negotiable. Every decision starts from the chassis outward.

Rally practicality

Maintenance access, fast removal and modular components are essential. The car must work in real conditions.

Performance that lasts

The focus is not peak numbers, but durable speed — performance that can be repeated, stage after stage.

Respect for form

The iconic lines of the 959 are preserved and reinterpreted using modern materials and engineering solutions.
