HOPE X Tanzania

An impact initiative connected
to our journey.

Not only motorsport

The Sikkens DK project is more than a racing challenge. Alongside our participation in the Dakar, we are supporting an impact initiative in Tanzania focused on practical, long-term help.

HOPE X Tanzania was created to support the construction of a wheelchair workshop in collaboration with local partners, providing essential mobility support where access is limited.

This initiative reflects the same values that guide our motorsport project: commitment, responsibility and long-term thinking.

The project supports the construction of a dedicated wheelchair workshop in Tanzania.

The goal is to enable local production, repair and maintenance of wheelchairs, ensuring long-term usability and independence.

The workshop is intended to support people with disabilities in the local community, for whom reliable mobility is essential for everyday life.

The initiative is developed in collaboration with Father Tumaini Ngonyani and the local community, ensuring that support is grounded in local needs and continuity.

A container with materials and equipment was shipped to support the construction of the workshop dedicated to the production of wheelchairs and mobility aids for people with disabilities, a condition that is unfortunately common from birth in many of the affected areas.
